About

A calmer, sharper way to make a big decision.

Mina pairs an investor's eye and real market data with a pressure free approach, so you move with clarity, not stress.

I'm Mina Mina, a Managing Broker with Real Broker, LLC, serving buyers, sellers, and investors across Snohomish and King County. Over my career I've closed more than $52 million in sales across 78+ transactions, first time buyers and sellers, buy-and-sell moves, investment acquisitions, and 1031 exchanges.

I'm not just a contract specialist. I'm an investor, an entrepreneur, and a former construction professional with hands-on experience in renovations and value add projects. That background means you get practical advice on cost, risk, and long term outcomes, not just help getting to the closing table.

My approach is pressure free and results-driven. I don't believe in rushing big decisions. The focus is clarity, discipline, and the data you need to move confidently when the timing is genuinely right for you. The numbers reflect that: more than $1.3 million in documented client savings and value gains, and an average of about 8 days on market across my listings.

My story

Why I do this.

My first real estate deal happened when I was 13. My parents came to this country and built a life with their hands. They didn't speak English, so when it was time to buy their first home, I was the one at the table, speaking for them through all of it, the lender, the inspection, the closing. My job, at 13, was to take a process that felt overwhelming and make it clear and calm enough for them to trust. I didn't have a name for that yet. Years later it became the whole idea behind my work: real estate, made clear.

Not long after, my father fell from a roof at work and nearly lost his ability to provide for us. I watched the equity in that home hold my family steady when everything else was shaking. I was young, but the lesson never left me: a home is so much more than four walls.

Owning a home is the foundation of the American dream, the average family's best hedge against inflation and hard times, and a piece of legacy that lets our story live on in the people we love.

That belief is why I started in real estate at 22, right out of college, hunting off-market deals and learning construction from the ground up before I ever earned my license. I made a point to practice what I preach and bought a home the moment I qualified. It became my first flip and my first short-term rental. So when I hand you real numbers instead of hype, it's because I've weighed the same risks with my own money.

To me, a great agent never stops learning, understands on a deep level what they're actually selling, and has the honesty to show you the bad before the good. No pressure, no rushing, just clarity and a straight answer when you need one. I don't think of this as sales. I think of it as helping people build the most important foundation they'll ever own, and I'll keep proving a real estate agent can be far more than a salesperson.
